Product Description
German technical background VOK ®- ATP wetting dispersant
VOK ®- Disper ATP wetting dispersant is applicable to solvent based and solvent-free coatings to improve pigment wettability, shorten grinding time and stabilize pigment dispersion. It can control the flocculation of stable pigments and fillers.
The additive is particularly suitable for self drying and baking paint systems to prevent pigment floating/blooming and settling. In batch production, it can also be added in the later stage of paint preparation.
In the oxidized base material, the additive can effectively inhibit the formation of skin.
When the amount of the additive is 0.1 - 0.2% of the total formulation, the scratch resistance and scratch resistance of the film can be improved.
Chemical composition: long chain carboxylic acid polyamine amide phosphate solution
Solvent: isobutanol/xylene/water 3/1/1
Additive dosage: 0.2-2% inorganic pigment
1-1.5% organic pigment
Typical physicochemical data: amine value: 100 mg KOH/g
Acid value: 170 mg KOH/g
Non volatile matter: 42%
